

Usually, you will require us to get you into the position of having a set of drawings that a local builder can quote from and all the permissions in place so you can begin construction.
- The first step is the initial visit. We can find out what you require and what your options are, take a thorough set of measurements of your property to produce a set of drawings and survey the area.
- We then produce a set of scale drawings (floor plan, elevations, etc.) for your approval within 10 days of our initial visit.
- Then we finalize the drawings for planning permission and building control. This will include any details, elevations, floor plans, site/location plans, structural calculations, ‘U-value’ calculations and building regulations required. We will complete the relevant paperwork for you. If there are any changes to be made we will also do this within the original fee.
- Once planning permission is obtained and plans are submitted for building control you can start your extension or conversion.
